The Silver Ferns' captain Ameliaranne Ekenasio has signed with the Magic in a major off-season signing.
Pulse fans were shocked earlier this week when the franchise announced her departure after six seasons - including two back to back titles.
Ekenasio is due to give birth to her second child later this year and told Bridget Tunnicliffe that was a big factor in her decision.
