A woman of Samoan descent who was adopted out to a palagi family says it resulted in a complete disconnect from her cultural roots.
Known as Ms CU, she has told the inquiry into abuse, that although she loves her adoptive family, the placement in 1975, wasn't suitable in a cultural sense.
