Cheating by University of Auckland students could undermine the integrity of some courses and results according to one student body.

Auckland University is investigating claims dozens of students cheated in online exams by sharing information via a chatroom.

Due to Covid-19 the varsity largely moved to online unsupervised exams with students having to tick a declaration saying they wont get unauthorised help, or share the content of the assessment and the work they are submitting is their own.

President of the New Zealand Union of Students' Associations Andrew Lessells explains how answers were allegedly shared.
