NZ accused of over-buying Covid-19 vaccines in WHO report

New Zealand has been accused of selfishly overbuying Covid-19 vaccines in a WHO-commissioned report.

It also called out the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and the EU for securing enough vaccine to cover 200 percent of their populations.

The review of the Covid-19 pandemic also identified systematic failings to protect people from Covid-19 - on both national and international levels.

But as Adam Jacobson reports a health expert says the restructuring of New Zealand's health system could help the country's defence against future.
