The owner of a US laboratory that tested sunscreen products sold in New Zealand has pleaded guilty to falsifying results.
Several brands available here relied on results from the company to support their SPF claims.
Cosmetics New Zealand says it hopes a Sunscreen Bill will become law to better regulate the industry.
