The High Commission in India has revealed "several" of its local staff have been infected with Covid-19.
After making a plea on Twitter for oxygen, the High Commission then apologised to the Indian government.
The mission tweeted the youth wing of India's main opposition party for help.
MFAT says one staff member is seriously ill, and needed oxygen.
Despite that, the tweet has been described as an error, and a misunderstanding. Hamish Cardwell has more.
