Te Pāti Māori has been referred to the police for failing to disclose more than $300,000 in donations.

Any political party donation of over $30,000 must be declared to the Electoral Commission within 10 working days of it being received.

The Māori Party failed to do that, and has been referred to police by the commission. Che Wilson is the Māori Party president and joins Lisa Owen to discuss.
