Doctors are warning the massive pressures facing hospitals across the country are likely to get worse before they get better.
At least two emergency departments this week reached capacity, but health staff say that's a symptom of a much greater strain on the whole system.
The Health Minister met with concerned medical staff today, and while they say he is listening, the fix isn't going to happen anytime soon.
