Wellington's boozy bottomless brunches face end

Too many Wellingtonians are "getting trolleyed" before lunch thanks to so-called bottomless brunches.

That's according to Wellington City Council - which is putting pressure on bar and restaurant owners to put a cork in unlimited drinks.

But the industry argues the events are run responsibly, and are a great way of getting people through the door when times are tough.
