2020: The year that was Covid edition
A year we'll never forget. What began as a pneumonia like virus in the Chinese city Wuhan ripped through the world - infecting more than 77 million people to date, killing 1.7 million people and shutting down most of the globe. In New Zealand, we've seen more than 2000 confirmed and probable cases, and lost 25 people to Covid-19. But going hard and early led us to live with freedoms that are months away for much of the world. Here's how the pandemic's played out thus far in Aotearoa.
