A pain in the neck: Working from home wrecking posture

The Covid 19 lockdowns saw many people swap the office for a spare bedroom, a dining room table or a kitchen bench. Now, chiropractors say they've seen an increase in posture related issues - and believe it's down to people's makeshift set-ups. A survey has found poor posture from sitting at the dining table or even the coffee table is leading to sleeping difficulties, stress and even anxiety. Sally Murphy reports.
