Down Syndrome Association welcomes new dolls at Kmart

A major retail chain's decision to stock dolls with Down Syndrome means children will have better access to toys that reflect them; according to one advocacy group.

The dolls will join the K-mart range that already includes an amputee doll, a visually impaired doll and a doll with a wheelchair.

Zandra Vaccarino from the Down Syndrome Association says its great the dolls will now be widely available and more affordable.
