Some tourism operators in the Cook Islands say they're at their wits' end, after months of promised updates - and ongoing delays to getting a travel bubble with New Zealand put in place.
The Covid-19 Minister has popped any plans of a bubble before Christmas - saying more work needs to be done between the two countries.
But tourism isn't the only industry in the Cooks crying out for help - some critical workers are missing too.
