New Zealand citizens or residents say they are back to square one as they battle for visas for their overseas partners.
And some are crying foul over a two-tier system allowing border exemptions to partners from richer visa-waiver countries.
Those left behind say they are resorting to flying into Covid-19 danger zones to live, sort visas and return with their partners.
