The row between the Māori Party and the Speaker of the House has continued today, with both sides accusing each other of grandstanding.
The minor party is unhappy with the Speaker because Parliament's rules meant they could not participate in yesterday's debate without it being considered as their maiden speech.
But Trevor Mallard says he made the rules very clear and the Māori Party chose to ignore them.
