Wealthy tourists will leave many operators "high and dry"

Rotorua tourist operators are worried they may bite the hand that feeds them if the country puts too much focus on attracting wealthy tourists once the border opens. Tourism Minister Stuart Nash has outlined his plans to ban the hiring out of vans that don't have a toilet on board and a focus on high value visitors. Tourism reporter Tess Brunton has more.
