Kim Dotcom gets temporary reprieve from extradition

Kim Dotcom's long running saga to avoid extradition to the United States could now take years to resolve, after the Supreme Court pressed pause on his extradition pending a judicial review. Today's judgment - the product of 18 months deliberation by the country's top five judges - also has other internet service providers mulling over their potential liability for material posted by their users.
