The long awaited Covid card has been launched, in Ngongotaha in Rotorua, and now it's ready for testing.
Up to 1,500 people over the age of 19 are being sought to try out the bluetooth-enabled cards.
The experiment aims to understand how the technology works in a real-world environment and whether it is compatible with current contact tracing methods.
