There are 18 crew members infected with Covid-19, out of the 235 who have come to the country for work.
The scale of the outbreak has prompted health authorities to bring in extra measures to curb the spread of the virus in the Sudima Hotel.
The ministry now says it may need to get another hotel if it decides to put all crew members in their own room.
