Divisions continue to shake-up Invercargill City Council
Invercargill City Council chief executive has considered bringing in a Crown observer, as divisions continue to rattle through the council. Deputy mayor Toni Biddle stood down on Friday citing a toxic and unhealthy environment at the council and the strain of having to perform the duties of the city's mayor, Sir Tim Shadbolt.
