National is ramping up its attacks on Labour, with Judith Collins accusing Jacinda Ardern of lying about testing at the border and saying she's happy to prove it in court.
The Labour leader has dismissed the accusation as "opposition politics" and says exactly what happened was well traversed in the debating chamber.
But the campaign drama doesn't stop there - both New Zealand First and ACT have today admitted they're not confident Labour will stick to its word over a wealth tax.
