Missing tick box among Electoral Commission mistakes

The Electoral Commission has come under fire after a string of mistakes in the first week of advance voting. In one electorate, the white circle where voters tick for their preferred party was missing and in an Auckland polling place staff couldn't find the Maori roll. With early voting numbers skyrocketing on previous years, could the errors cause a problem? Charlotte Cook reports.
