National's promising to urgently address what it calls a state of "emergency" in housing. Leader Judith Collins unveiled the party's housing policy in South Auckland today, pledging to pass legislation in the first 100 days similar to that used for the Christchuch rebuild.
Ms Collins says while National would repeal the Resource Management Act in its first term, more urgent action is needed.
