A former Canterbury District Health Board member says the $180 million to wipe the boards deficit won't solve its deeper problems.
The Health Minister yesterday announced the equity injection to cover the DHB's massive budget shortfall.
However Canterbury health stalwart Phil Bagshaw says the problems won't be fixed by one lump sum of money.
