National has unveiled its plan to help get those out of work back into jobs - as well as its mental health policy.
If elected, National says it would give tertiary training providers four thousand dollars for every unemployed person they successfully re-train and get back into full time work within a year.
On mental health it's promising a zero suicides strategy and to establish a dedicated Ministerial position.
