Borders open for specialised workers to enter NZ

From Checkpoint, 5:19 pm on 22 September 2020

The government is relaxing its Covid-19 border controls to allow hundreds of specialised workers into the country.

They include deep sea fishing crew, veterinarians, and people who drive complex agricultural machinery.

The changes will also allow visitors whose working holiday visas are due to expire to stay for the summer.
