Major ethnic pay gap in DHBs revealed in research

Māori working at district health boards are 56 times less likely to earn more than $100,000 and Pasifika staff are 71 times less likely than non-Maori or Pasifika staff.

Those are just a couple of the shocking ethnic pay gaps throughout the public sector exposed in new research published in the International Journal of Critical Indigenous Studies.
