A court has heard a Comanchero-associate drove through Auckland with a million dollars in cash to buy a methamphetamine precursor, before the deal fell over.
Five people are on trial at the High Court at Auckland on various drug and money laundering charges.
They were arrested after more than $3.7 million in assets was seized in raids in April last year.
