Invercargill Council works to restore public trust after complaints

Now to Invercargill where city councillors have spent much of the day behind closed doors, talking about on how they plan to restore the public's trust and confidence.

The crisis talks follow a letter from the Department of Internal Affairs scrutinising their performance after they were alerted to a series of Code of Conduct complaints and rising tensions.
