Outgoing Sport New Zealand chief executive Peter Miskimmin says there's been a 'win at all costs' mentality in the country, and it's time to strike a better balance.
Miskimmin has today announced he is resigning as chief executive after 12 years in the job. In his role Miskimmin has overseen both high performance and community sport and told sports editor Stephen Hewson there are a number of challenges the sector still needs to tackle.
