The Victorian premier has announced 13 more people have died from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the state's death toll to 136.
There are 429 new cases today, bringing the total active cases to 6,489.
Daniel Andrews has just told media new regulations on businesses will come into effect this Wednesday night, as part of the state's ongoing lockdown and curfew.
