Covid-19: No Government plan if businesses come into contact with positive case

From Checkpoint, 5:07 pm on 9 July 2020

The Government's admitted another gap in its public health defences; there's no standard plan for businesses should they come into contact with a possible covid-19 case. The gaping hole in the system has been brought to light after a man absconded from an isolation hotel in Auckland and shopped at a CBD supermarket - he was later found to be covid-19 positive. Meanwhile, the Government is also beefing up security at hotels, now that two people have managed to leave without permission.
