Returned New Zealander appalled by Government's managed isolation co-payment plans

A recently returned New Zealander is aghast at the Government's managed isolation co-payment plans.

Nathan Tunbridge, who returned to the country be with a dying relative, is waiting on his fiance to join him back home.

His husband-to-be could be charged under a proposal to make returnees cover part of their mandatory isolation costs.

However, in the last hour Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has told media formulating such a policy is proving tough going.
