After the police arrest of a tagger led to his hospitalisation, one barrister says cops should never use force for minor crimes.
A video has appeared on Twitter showing a video of Nikau Andrews being restrained by four police officers in the early hours of Sunday.
He says after being spear-tackled into a wall and pinned down, scans have revealed damage around his heart.
