Parliamentary process for level 2 rules slammed by Human Rights Commission

The Human Rights Commission has slammed the Parliamentary process for rushing through controversial powers for alert level 2.

There was backlash last month when the coalition government passed the Covid-19 Public Health Response Act under urgency.

The Police say they only had to use the warrantless search powers once.

But as Charlie Dreaver reports, not everyone is happy with the process.
