The Prime Minister visited the Bay of Plenty on Tuesday to meet workers who have taken up roles in the horticultural sector after losing their jobs due to Covid-19.
Horticulture New Zealand says 2000 workers displaced due to the pandemic have taken up jobs in the industry.
