The New Zealand First Leader Winston Peters is going back to court to appeal the High Court decision over the leak of his pension details.
Mr Peters now claims he knows who the leak came from - something that could not be proved during last year's court proceedings.
He says he is not persisting with the case just for himself, but for all people who have had their privacy breached.
Mr Peters has just spoken with RNZ political reporter Jo Moir.
