Air New Zealand has had a change of heart on refunding passengers who would have transited through the United States, in the face of a complaint to the Commerce Commission.
People who would have travelled the route between Auckland and London via the United States will, as of today, be able to claim a full refund from the airline.
It comes as Consumer New Zealand made an official complaint to the Commission, saying Air New Zealand was misleading its customers.
