Covid-19 lockdown: What can help your mental health

New Zealand is now in week four of lockdown, and at this point, many of us are struggling mentally.

Lifeline says calls have increased by a quarter since the lockdown began - up from the usual 10,000 a month - as concerns mount over money, accommodation and relationships.

So why at this stage of lockdown is our mental health suffering the most and what factors can improve it?
