Caregivers, home-support workers and nurses are accusing some district health boards of failing to give them enough masks or other protective equipment to stop them - or their patients - getting infected with Covid-19.
After consultation with unions, the Health Ministry has published new guidelines widening access to PPE - or personal protective equipment - to all health workers in close contact with patients, regardless of whether they have symptoms.
But some say it's not filtering down to the frontline. Ruth Hill reports.
