The media landscape has taken another dramatic turn with Bauer Media announcing the immediate closure of iconic titles like the Listener, Metro, New Zealand Woman's Weekly, Woman"s Day, Next and North and South.
It follows news earlier this week about the immediate closure of Radio Sport, pay cuts at MediaWorks and predicted job losses at NZME.
This is all mainly due to a dramatic cut in advertising as a result of the Covid-19 crisis.
