Covid-19 lockdown - GPs urge rationing data, phone calls

The Royal College of GPs is calling for the rationing of data and phone calls.

Phone and internet traffic has ramped up this week as people spend more time at home.

Vodafone says it has seen a 70 percent increase in calls and a 50 percent increase in mobile data usage.

General Practitioners say this is overloading the system and making it harder for patients to contact them and for doctors to reach out to patients.
