As the anniversary of the March 15 shootings approaches, the Prime Minister has met with families of three of the victims from Fiji.
Jacinda Ardern went to the Lautoka Mosque on Thursday - one of her last stops before leaving Fiji for Australia.
Her trip so far has been about been about re-establishing political relationships, and pressing issues like climate change.
But on Thursday at the large, white mosque on the coast north of Nadi, it was personal.
