Convicted murderer Mark Lundy is being described as a gutless man, who needs to stop wasting court time and resources.
Today, the Supreme Court dismissed Lundy's latest appeal against his conviction.
He will not get a third trial. He was sentenced to life behind bars in 2002 for the murder of his wife Christine and daughter Amber in their Palmerston North home in August 2000.
However, his legal team says it is not the end of the road and Lundy still maintains his innocence.
