He was 'stupid and dumb'. Cabinet Minister Kris Faafoi has refused to resign but he has said sorry to the Prime Minister on Friday afternoon over his poor handling of a family friend's immigration case.
Mr Faafoi says he was stupid to give his old friend & OPSHOP musician Jason Kerrison the impression he would help his stepfather's bid for residency when in fact he was doing nothing.
And as Bridget Burke reports, the Minister admits while he was untidy and dumb, he didn't do anything wrong.
