Landlords and tenants are reacting to the government's proposed changes to rental laws, with some concerned that removing the 90-day termination notice will lead to unmovable 'tenants from hell'.
Others say there's a power imbalance and renters need to have more clarity and security.
The proposals include new rules forcing landlords to explain to the tenancy tribunal why they want to evict tenants.
