Travel agents are bracing for phone calls after Air New Zealand cancelled flights affecting 14,000 people over its engine troubles.
The national carrier says it's cancelled dozens of flights in December and January between Auckland and Sydney, as well as three months' worth of flights from Christchurch to Perth.
