Ponzi scheme victims angry law reforms not going ahead

Victims of New Zealand's largest Ponzi scheme are angry that proposed insolvency law reforms have been shelved, leaving future investors vulnerable.

In May 2018, the Commerce Minister Kris Faafoi hinted giving liquidators the power to take back more money for those who lost everything.

But there is no mention of ponzi specific policy in the latest list of changes - leaving former victims furious.
