Justin Lester demands Wellington mayoralty vote recount

Wellington's former mayor Justin Lester has announced he's demanding a recount of the recent election results that saw him lose to Andy Foster by 62 votes. He says he's doing it for the sake of voters, and for the values he stands for. He's asking for a recount by hand.
