The police have announced there will be an independent review into how bullying complaints are dealt with in the organisation.
It comes after an RNZ investigation in which more than 100 current or former police officers and non sworn staff spoke out about how bullying is rife within the service.
And some of those who say they have been bullied are now concerned at whether the review, will go far enough.
